We recently completed a detailed analysis on behalf of an insurance company following a claim made against a single premium indemnity policy. In short, the loss of a right of way enjoyed by a property had to be valued and consideration given to how best to put the situation right.
The new year has brought an expert witness appointment to consider loss in value as a result of an invasion by Japanese Knotweed to a property in Kingsbridge.
The company is currently undergoing appraisal by the RICS to become formally accredited as providers of expert witness work.
